What time does the advance sale start?

The advance sale for a portion of the tour dates begins on Tuesday June 20 at 10:00am local venue time. If your preferred tour date is not included in that initial group, check back for future updates on timing.

Who administers ticket sales?

Songkick and Ticketmaster are our primary ticketing vendors for advance sales. Review your order confirmation or your bank transaction summary to confirm which vendor you've used to purchase your tickets.

What if I do not get tickets during the advance sale?

Only a limited amount of tickets in varying sections of the venue will be available during the advance sale. Securing tickets during the advance sale does not ensure better seat selection than is available during the general on-sale.

Will VIP experiences be available through the advance sale?

VIP packages will not be available through the advance sale. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!

My tickets are due to ship to my address. When will I receive them?

Shipped tickets will be sent out 2-4 weeks before the show date and you’ll receive an email when they’re dispatched. If you are successful in securing tickets, please make sure to put the correct delivery address during checkout.

This self service information and ticket purchasing line is available for the majority of events handled by Ticketmaster. Please note that you will not be able to speak with a Ticketmaster representative using Ticketmaster Express.

    This is an easy access number that directly points customers to customer service for support on previously place orders.
